Türkiye’de Millî E?itim Bakanl??? taraf?ndan gerçekle?tirilen ölçme, de?erlendirme ve tan?lama i?lemleri ile özel yetenekli olarak belirlenen ö?renciler, örgün e?itim-ö?retim gördükleri normal okullar?ndan sonra, yine bakanl??a ba?l? olan Bilim Sanat Merkezlerinde ö?renim görmektedirler. Özel tan?lanm?? bu ya??tlar?ndan daha h?zl? ö?renmekte, yarat?c?l?k, sanat liderlik alanlar?nda akranlar?ndan ileride yer almakta, bir akademik yetene?e, soyut fikirleri anlama becerisine sahip e?itim ö?retim faaliyetleri içerisinde yüksek performansa bireylerdir. yeteneklerine göre bireyselle?tirilmi? program? görmekte ö?rencilerin, kurumlardaki “okul müdürü”ne bak?? aç?lar? önem arz etmektedir. Çünkü bireyler olduklar? yetenekler aç?s?ndan çok ilerde almaktad?r. Bu ara?t?rman?n amac?, yap?lan sonucunda e?itim-ö?renim okul müdürleri hakk?ndaki metaforik alg?lar?n? ortaya ç?karmakt?r. amaçla, ara?t?rma kapsam?nda nitel yöntemlerinden olgu bilim yakla??m? seçilmi?tir. Çal??mada kullan?lan veriler, ö?rencilerden metaforlar arac?l??? elde edilmi?tir. Ara?t?rma 2021-2022 y?l? içerisinde, Antalya ilinde merkezinde uygulanm??t?r. Çal??ma 5. 6. s?n?f düzeyinde gören ö?renciler gerçekle?tirilmi?tir. ö?rencilere “Okul Müdürü…….. gibidir/benzer. Çünkü……” ?eklinde bo?luklar?n ald??? formlar sunulmu?tur. gelen cevaplar do?rultusunda edilen tüm içerik analizi yöntemi de?erlendirilmi? bireylerin müdürüne ili?kin alg?lar? belirlenmi?tir. müdürü” kavram?na yönelik 60 adet metafor üretmi?lerdir. metaforlar?n %93,34’ü olumlu olmu?tur.
